Unable to change class interval value in smbology

I encounter an unexpected problem when manually changing interval values in a graduated color symbology with a number of interval classes. I can only change them to integer values. If I try to add decimal value, eg 11.5 this is not accepted, and a message says "Upper value. Value '11.5' could not be converted.". (If I try with 11,5 the message is "Upper value. The input value '11,5' is not in decimal format."). The field is double, with decimal values automatically assigned when letting Arcgis decide class boundaries, eg with natural breaks. But I cannot change to another decimal value (but can change to integer value).

Using ArcGIS Pro 3.6.1

I'm using the same 3.6.1 Pro version and was able to symbolize based off a field that is a double, using decimal values.

Maybe your data doesn't have a range that includes 11.5?

I would try maybe making a new field, transferring the data over to it (field calulator) and then see if you can symbolize how you want then. Or restart Pro.

Worse case, try a different version of Pro but I have a feeling it should work in 3.6.1

Thanks for the reply. If I try another layer (a raster layer) I can change to decimal values.

However, the layers not working are all linked Excel-tables ,joined with a map-layer. Works nicely to join and create symbology from excelfile fields with decimal values using natural breaks or other method, but when changing to manual and modifying values manually it will not accept changing to another decimal value. But accepts changing to integer. It is within the range. It did not help with excelfile formatted as number (rather than general).

(See my first reply) I just found out a way to get around this bug. In the Histogram view I can change to decimal values.... This updates correctly and shows the updated decimal value in the Classes view. But in Classes view I still cannot change to decimal values.
