Errors appearing when features are being drawn in the form of circles and lines spinning off points.

Hello,

I have been experiencing an issue when arcpro draws features it is generating odd circles and lines from points. I have been unable to determine the cause changing my display from directX12,11, and OpenGl, I have tried updating all drivers but still am seeing these errors. Does anyone know a possible solution to this?

I have a couple of questions

Is this happening in multiple projects?
Is it happening to multiple point feature classes?
What is the source of this point feature class?

Yes this appears to be happening on multiple projects but it looks as though its mostly on layers that I have shared to my Arcgis Online content. I have not seen this on point feature classes only on polygon features. The source is original to my work was originally a .dbg cad file that i extracted the polylines to create polygons via feature to polygon after being spatially referenced.
