      <description>&lt;P&gt;Short answer is this is a standard&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Lambert&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Conformal Conic&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Projection. &lt;/EM&gt;GRS 1980 is equivalent to WGS84 for most purposes (1 meter accuracy). This projection is centered on Canada at 95 Degrees West Longitude. In this case, values are in Meters.
