    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to transfer a licence from one computer to another. Have successfully inactivated on one computer and am trying to complete installing on the other. Have entered the authorization # in the "Software Authorization Number" box but the "Next" button is greyed out. Any suggestions? It has been suggested that there may be a delay on ESRI's end between the inactivation on one computer and when that authorization # can be used for the other (?). I have checked the authorization # and it is correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
