Need Camera Parameters for DJI Air2s. Not sure where to find these in EXIF file

I am having difficulty completing the Camera Parameters for a new Ortho Mapping workspace in ArcGIS Pro. The camera in my DJI Air2s Drone (the Camera is a DJI FC3411) is not in the options for Camera Models in the dropdown menu. Some of the Parameters are populated by reading the EXIF file, but other remain unpopulated and I think they need to be populated? These fields are populated for most of the camera models. my orthoimages are coming out quite poorly unfortunately so this is maybe part of my problem? Not really sure where to get this information from EXIF files, or if it is even possible.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have exactly the same problem -- Air2s with only some of the parameters defined.
