Hello,

I'm making a map series in ArcGIS Pro, but I want to add unique text boxes to each page. The text are callout boxes that contain specific notes for different map features.

I don't want to automate this. I just want to be able to add different text boxes to each map page, however, the map series duplicates text boxes across each page in the series.

Is there a way around this?

Thank you!

You can. Add the text box/map note to the map itself instead of the layout, and each “page” in the map series will contain/display the created text box along with the corresponding features contained in the map series page.

Is there any way to just tell it to turn off certain text items for certain sheet. Cluttering up the map isn't a good solution when you need to show multiple views of the same areas but don't need the text element in all of them.
