Spatial Join Merge Rule Multiple Fields

Often when doing a spatial join, you want to set many fields to have the same merge rule, e.g. select multiple numeric fields to have a SUM rule. It would be a nice time saver if the dialogue box allowed multiple fields to be selected and the merge rule set for all of them with a single click. Currently you need to set the merge rule for each field individually.

The field map control is being redesigned for a future release of ArcGIS Pro. The new design will be able to quickly add multiple fields with different summary statistics.

Look how easy it is in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 with the redesigned field map in Spatial Join (and other tools) to select multiple fields to summarize and pick an Action like Sum!

This idea has been implemented in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 as part of our field map paramater redesign.
