Improve Field Mapping - Add Input Wizard

When preforming "field Mapping" in Merge, Append, Make FC/Table, etc, the Add Input window that shows available fields for mapping is too narrow. It can be made wider to find fields that have a long path, but changes in the window's width is not remembered for the next "Add Input" selections. This cause extra mouse clicks to widen the window each time a new new field is mapped. This is very un-productive!

Suggestion(s):
Either -
1) Have the code "remember" the window width that the use sets, like many ArcGIS windows already do
- or -
2) Auto-set the window's width based on the length of the Name field for the fields being mapped

This is such an important tool that I assume would be used frequently. However, it's quite confusing and unintuitive. Hard to understand what is going on. Perhaps more of a wizard style of approach would be better that explains things each step of the way would be good.
