ArcReader feature selection highlight color

It would be nice if it is possible to select or highlight one or more features in ArcReader and change outline and fill in color as its possible in ArcMap.

It seems like development is dead for this product. But I still have a use for it where people need a custom print layout or where they want to copy and paste from the identify dialog. Those are two workflows that ArcGIS Server and Online don't do well yet.
