idea Make 'force check in' of licenses actually KILL license connections in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

I had high hopes for the 'force check in' function in the 10.1 license manager. However, this only provides a very temporary solution remove someone's license. There should really be a KILL license command that does not just disconnect a user for a couple minutes. when you only have once license for an extension, it becomes problematic to not have the ability to effectively remove a license to allow someone else to access it

I would not only like to see the force check in really work but if a license is borrowed and they are on the network - force that to be returned.
