If I would like to change the OBJECTID’s field alias from “OBJECTID” to “№”, or the SHAPE field alias from “SHAPE” to “Geometry” I have to create the table / feature class, go to the geodatabase, right-click on the table / fc, Design, Fields, and then rename the alias there.
