Load Rule should transfer the Rule Name from the Style File

When using Representation Symbology, the Load Rule function on the Symbology tab of the Layer Properties should transfer the Rule Name from the Style File. Currently the Rules are loaded with generic names (Rule_1, Rule_2, etc).

Many reps such as roads, railorads and buildings have multiple rules. It can be tedious to associate the rule ID # with the properties/attributes of the feature in order ot determine if it is the correct one to use. If implemented, this suggestion would eliminate the necessity to review the rule contents if the rule name is expressive or informative enough.
