Reconcile & Post History Log

It would be very nice if we have a Reconcile/Post History like Replica or Compress Log. It will give us the ability to see when a version was Created, Reconciled, Posted and Deleted by which user.

This history log can contain the details of the operation like how many data was inserted/updated/deleted or how many conflicts occured or was there any reconcilation error thrown which can be happen working with Geometric Networks.

Also number of edits in the Post operation log can give us additional information when measuring the performance of Editor users.

We tried this , its not working. Can yo help me out on this, we are getting below error
