Allow users to set the default font and other text symbol properties when labeling.

Please provide the ability to set the default font and font properties to something other than Arial 8 black. If the font size/color is changed, the change(s) do not persist for new mxds (NIM001004). Additionally default text symbols cannot be set, nor do the changes persist.

This was added in ArcGIS Pro 2.6.

The new Text and Graphics tab on the Options dialog box allows you to set a default font name and style.
