Consolidated Options Area

I seem to get frustrated everytime I need to tweak my arc settings... I can never seem to find the options I am looking for until I've clicked through all the available tools. It would be nice if there was a way to incorporate all the options tabs into one master settings button. Off the top of my head I can think of at least 5 main options sections that would be nice if they were in one place:
Customize > ArcMap Options
Geoprocessing > Geoprocessing Options
Editor Toolbar > Options
Snapping Options
ArcCatalog > Catalog Options

Maybe there are just too many for this to be feasible... maybe an Options Search similar to the Tools Search.

I agree.

Additionally, I've seen programs that mark or highlight the areas (e.g. tabs, option name, etc) where settings are modified.

Closing this for ArcMap, but note that searching for Options using Command Search was just added in ArcGIS Pro 2.9. Hopefully this helps.
