Ability to load data into origin feature class/table of a composite relationship class without versioning

I would like to be able to load data into a feature class or table that is the origin of a composite relationship class. I do not understand why this is a limitation in ArcGIS Desktop. Why am I required to verstion the data and use the Load Objects tool in ArcMap to load data into these objects?

For us we several feature classes that have 1 table that is a destination for a 1:M composite relationship class. That table does not necessarily have to have a record for every feature in the origin feature class. So loading new records into the origin feature class wouldnt have any bearing on validity of the relationship to us.
