Hello,

May I proposal to ESRI to consider adding a button in the Table of Contents.

Add the button to display the list for each layer to view which layer has a check enable or disable on them.

With current latest ArcGIS version , we have to set the Reference Scale we want the scale at.

Then we have to go back to the Table of Contents to open up each layer 's properties and either way we have to check on the "Scale symbols when a reference scale is set" checkbox to set it on or off.
