idea Allow two offsets to create two sides of a polygon with a single trace in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

When drawing easements from plats, the instruction often reads something like "A 10' PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IS HEREBY DEDICATED ADJACENT TO ALL STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS". To accomplish this, I trace the ROW in one direction with an offset of 0, and then retrace in the opposite direction with an offset of 10. It would speed things up considerably to be able to trace once and create a stripe (in this example a 10' wide stripe) polygon.

This would require the ability to set more than one offset at a time in the trace tool, similar to this Idea: https://community.esri.com/ideas/9455
