The Wind Rose Report (http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisdesktop/9.3/index.cfm?TopicName=How%20Wind%20Rose%20Report%20(Business%20Analyst)%20works) is only available on Business Analyst. I believe it should be available on the core ArcGIS Desktop.

Oil and Gas customers in Canada also require this functionality in the base Desktop for visualizing patterns in data.

There are so many uses for creating rose diagrams outside of the Business Analyst that it is a shame. Is ESRI keeping it in the Business Analyste license as a money maker for them? The extension should be added to the core ArcGIS.

ESRI, please make this available to all desktop users. Rose diagrams are an important tool and SHOULD NOT be hidden away in the business analyst extension!!

Good program but you are at the mercy of the developer if he has the time to fix this free tool for a compatibility issue.
