      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;This toolbar was a great shortcut to clip all data to the data extent and place it in a single folder for export.&amp;nbsp; I miss it and would like it back!
