Arcpy -- Correctly display data source

When using the arcpy funtions MakeRasterLayer and SaveToLayerFile, the resulting layer file does not correctly display the data source under properties. Although the layer is usable and points to the correct data, the user will not be able to verify the source.

Support will help you establish a reproducible workflow that will then help us debug and address the issue.

Regarding your bug report, I was unable to reproduce the issue in ArcGIS Pro (3.4 dev build), so it appears to have been resolved at some point.
