Add a setting to set default caching location to locally

I unfortunately today forgot to change my Share As Web Layer caching location to Cache locally, thus using up 77 credits, and I didn't notice until they had already been used. I was lucky that wasn't a large number of credits, but if I had been working on a larger project area, that could have really taken a larger chunk of credits up. Please add an option to change the default caching location so that users can avoid accidentally using credits when they don't want to.

Or is there an option near HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Sharing in the registry to add a key? The Temp Cache location folder setting is stored there (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Sharing\LocalCacheLocation).
