Excel to Table Date Conversion

It would be cool if the Excel to Table encounters a Date field in Excel it does the conversion from Microsoft Date Serial format to the correct calendar date and put it in a real-live date field rather than a text field.

I'm trying to do a join right now and the date field from Excel is just coming up as a five digit number in the date field in Pro.
