    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It would be convenient to be able to select a feature inside of an edit session, then select an editing tool (skecth, trace, etc.), and the target layer would be populated per the current selection.&amp;nbsp; This would save time by not having to scroll through an extensive list of features in the Target Layer drop-down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
