Include Custom Ribbon settings in Project Template

The ArcPro Customize Ribbon contains Import/Export options. It would be helpful if we could include the customized ribbon settings in custom Project Templates which we can share across our organization.

I completely agree. I've set up a Project Template with some custom tools that interact with layers in the project for addressing workflows and we'd love to be able to have the pro template include the custom Ribbon we've made with all the tools grouped nicely as buttons.

I came to comment much the same. The only difference I'd like to make is can they be included in a project?

Workflow Manager Server cannot open a Project Template, only a project. So if you want to tie a custom ribbon to a workflow the only option at the moment is an ArcGIS Pro project. Otherwise, Workflow Manager Server should have the capability to open a template (assuming that ESRI will update custom ribbons to be included in templates)
