Add timestamps to Arc-Map Startup Logs

Hi Esri,
The following article explains how you can generate ArcMap start-up logs: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000009316
We would like to add timestamps to the log-file now in order to have an idea about the duration of each step during start-up.
