Create locator files directly from parquet files

With parquet files becoming more commonly used, it would be great if we could cut out the middle step of creating a feature class and then creating the locator files. I have some very large parquet files that I need to create locator files from. I need to create a point feature class first to be able to create the POI locator file. The point feature class becomes extrememly large and take a very long time to generate, then another long time to create the locator file.

It would save a lot of time if we could create the locator file directly from the parquet file.
