Allow Arcade in Label Expressions to access fields from other map layers (Cross-layer labeling)

Currently, in ArcGIS Pro, the Arcade Labeling profile is restricted to only accessing attributes from the specific layer being labeled (using $feature.fieldname). I am requesting that the Labeling profile be expanded to support cross-layer attribute referencing (for example, by allowing functions like FeatureSetByName or a similar optimized method), just like how it currently works in the Pop-up profile.

I can't speak for ESRI with authority, but I'm pretty sure I remember seeing posts by ESRI Staff clarifying that they explicitly disallowed the FeatureSetBy[...] functions in Symbology and Labeling allegedly for performance & database call reasons.

It would definitely be nice, though, so I'll toss this a Kudo in case I'm wrong and/or the policy ever changes.
