idea Treat Share as Web layer like Geoprocessing in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

Projects done in ArcGIS Pro often result in finished layers batch uploading to AGOL for dissemination. Each layer must be right-clicked>sharing>share as web layer. That means all tags and things must be hand-jammed repeatedly, or copy-pasted elsewhere and then back.

If Sharing as a Web Layer was treated more like a geoprocessing tool, one could drag and drop the layer to be shared as a web layer, and then data and tags shifted marginally. This would greatly enhance the ability to bridge the ArcPro and AGOL worlds.

@WalkerKB Are you aware that a layer's metadata is automatically populated in the Sharing pane when the layer is shared? Web layers store the metadata of what was shared such as the entire map, group layer, or single layer. See the following help topic for more information: Web layer metadata

@JonahLay, thank you, I am. The metadata thing is the least of my worries. The ability to share as web layer quickly is the higher priority. If I’m uploading a number of features, or rasters with the same specifications, it’s extremely annoying to have to do that manually every time. I’d really like to be able to drag and drop a layer make one or two minor changes and hit run, just like I would in geoprocessing.
