Anchor Pop-up to Identified Feature in ArcGIS Pro

Add pop-up anchor option in ArcGIS Pro so that you can anchor the pop-up window to the identified map feature (including pop-up leader), essentially giving desktop users the option to mimic a web map experience within Pro. A pop-up with leader attached to the identified feature would avoid having to toggle Select or Flash Feature to visually match the pop-up to the map.

Just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the ability to 'Move to Pinned Pop-up'

It doesn't tether the pop-up to the feature with a leader line like you're requesting (i.e. in the example above, if I pan the map, the pop-ups don't travel with the features), but wanted to at least make sure you knew about this functionality.

Thanks Kory, I wasn't aware and that is useful. I still think a tethered to the map pop-up option for the main pop-up pane would be great.
