idea Over/Under Pipe Jump tool in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

The old Arcmap geometric network had over/under pipe jump tools allowing the editor to depict a line that appeared to intersect another line but in actuality sat above or below a different feature. In a flat 2D map, these lines appear to intersect. A jump tool that creates this small arc shape in the line would correctly depict the separation of the two lines. This tool would be useful in situations outside of Utility Network as well. Blueprints frequently show a host of lines and jump symbology aids in visualizing this separation.

I understand this complicates a 3D mapping environment. Maybe the tool is not enabled for lines that have Z values?
