Add Maplex Label Engine with Draft Quality as the default label engine

Hello,

ArcGIS Pro allows us to set the default label engine between the Maplex Label Engine and the Standard Label Engine. Could we add "Maplex with Draft Quality" as an option? This would be a good balance between the label functionality of Maplex and the performance of the Standard Label Engine.

For default label engine examples:

Maplex
Maplex with Draft Quality: This retains the Maplex label placement functionality and draws significantly faster.
Standard: Still the fastest label engine.
