Export Feature Class as Shapefile in a Zip file

Sometimes when you are exporting vector data as a shapefile you are doing so to share it someone and to upload to place USGS or Planet that accept zip files as boundaries. So it would be nice to have an option to compress the shapefile to a zip file.

There is the Extract Data GP tool in the Data Extraction Toolset that does extract data to a specific format (shapefile in this instance) and create a zipfile for the output. I tested it on local data and it worked well.

@Robert_LeClair it would be nice to have the option embedded in the Export Features as most of the users default to it due to its ease of access from the content pane or the geodatabase.

I agree Ed - it would be a nice option to have in that particular GP tool.
