Hi,

With the change of the paper, we notice a problem with the color rendering. After testing, we change the color profile.

My idea is to allow project to change the color settings for all maps and layout. Maybe adding in option, a button to apply to the project. I have a small project with 60 layouts and 15 maps. So it's time consuming to change them in each maps and layout.

Have you looked at Pro's Colour Management settings?
If you have the spec of the monitor, printer and paper you can use Colour Profiles to make things look & print correctly.

This is a deep rabbit hole and you may end up with a large set of Pantone Colour Finder kits on your desk....

Edit:
Using colour profiles allows you to globally manage the impact of paper/printer/monitor changes without having to tweak maps. It means that an RGB value will look the same no matter where you print it or view it.
It not a trivial process so being able to just globally replace a colour may be the easier outcome - until you want to print a portfolio of materials for a client using 3 different print shops using a bunch of different media.

Hi, first, it's not available in the basic Pro. Also, it's not a Kiss way to do what we need.

If I understand correctly the function, it's to pinpoint color by color.

What I suggest it's a batch conversion of profile for maps and layout when we change in the option the color profile. It's take hours to do so manually for each layout and each map.

If for any reason, change in paper or change on the printer type I have to parse past projects, I have to do the change manually.

So add a button in the option to make the new profile apply to all maps and layout in the project (the kiss way of doing it) or at least, include a batch geoprocessing tool to do the same.
