idea Custom Symbols for Node Connection Counts in Vertices and Nodes Settings in ArcGIS Pro Ideas

It would be useful if the Vertices and Nodes settings had an additional checkbox under Nodes to display the node symbols based on the number of node connections at each node and have the ability to change the symbol for each different number of connections up to four, with five-plus connections grouped together as one symbol, specifically for line layers. Currently, dangle nodes and pseudo-nodes display differently from other nodes, which is useful, but it would also be helpful to visualize distinct numbers of node connections differently along with the ability to adjust the drawing order or at least have Dangles show up on top so they aren't hidden behind other node symbols, since resolving dangle node errors is a important when working on ensuring topological connections.

The screenshot below shows an example of what this could look like, where single endpoints are displayed as a bright green square (already accomplished via Dangle symbology), two connected end points are displayed as a purple square (already accomplished via Pseudonode symbology), three connections are a yellow square, four are a pink square, and five-plus endpoints are an orange square.

This visualization would help while working on line topology updates to quickly and easily identify if endpoints are actually snapped to each other based on the number of road or line segments meeting at an intersection. The blue square in the screenshot above highlights an example where three roads meet, which should be a yellow square, but we see a purple square, so we quickly know one of the endpoints isn't snapped to the others without having to zoom in close or check for topology errors.

This is currently partially accomplished through the Vertices and Nodes settings, except you don't have the ability to distinguish between distinct node intersection counts like distinguishing between a 2-way intersection, 3-way intersection, 4-way intersection, and 5+ intersection. The benefits of having this option are shown in another example below.

Current Vertices and Nodes Symbology Options:

The below example shows what this could look like with distinct node intersection count symbology options.

This display option would make line editing and topology updates more efficient.
