Allow Drag and Drop of Layers Between Projects

Please add the ability to drag and drop layers between projects. This is a feature of ArcGIS Desktop. It is very helpful in a high volume/short time line environment.

You can already do this

That being said, there is a need for being able to drag things like layouts or maps to projects that don't already have a layout/map in them. If that's what you mean, I'd upvote it.

It is also already possible to drag/drop maps/layouts into other projects that don't already have those:

Been in there a long time. Note that the drop target is important. You can't drop a map from one project onto the map of another project (i.e. you can't add a map to a map). You drop it into the catalog.
