It would be useful to have something similar to this feature. We have a situation when we are always updating the same 10 Feature Services out of our 100+ Services.

ArcGIS Pro 2.6 (scheduled for release in July) will offer enhancements to sort and filter for portal content.

You can sort by Most Recent/Least Recent

Here we see my Park_boundary layer that I just overwrote, so the modified date is today:

And there are many more filter capabilities:

I understand from the screenshot that the request is for ArcMap; there are no new features or functionality being added to ArcMap, so when you're ready, try in ArcGIS Pro to see if the functionality there helps!

This functionality has been implemented in ArcGIS Pro. There is no plan to add functionality to ArcMap.
