Add support for autocad hatch geometry type

A lot of cad drawings contain geometries stored as hatches, currently, when adding cad drawing to ArcGIS hatches are not recognised and a lot information is therefore missing in ArcGIS Pro. FME, for example, can handle cad hatches. Please add the support for displaying hatches as polygons to ArcGIS Pro.

You're right, currently, ArcGIS Pro doesn't directly recognize hatches as polygons from CAD drawings. Hatches are typically stored as polylines in ArcGIS pro, which can limit their functionality.
