Edit Graphics Pane, similar to Edit Vertices

It would be great to manage a list of graphics in a pane, similar to the Edit Vertices pane.

For example, inheriting a map with many graphics and converting them to features in a feature class. Managing the graphics is difficult.

To add context: I know Arc is trying to move away from and discourage the use of graphics layers, but the problem arises from inheriting old mxds that are stuffed to the gills with graphics items, moving them into Pro, then trying to replace each one with a feature that uses a picture marker.
