My explanatory variables will include&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Local population density of outbreak location&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Local and global mobility of populace.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Local and regional Health System of outbreak location&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Other variables that might strike the mind of my reader.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"&gt;These explanatory variables and others to be added are fuzzy members to set up an AI that will run with fuzzy logic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"&gt;Guess what I am just a beginner in GIS.
