Unfortunately, when I go to select just one of them to make it bold, I am unable to do so. It appears as a single dynamic text string instead of multiple. You cannot make these types of text symbol edits via the pane, either. You have to select the subset of text on the layout and use the ribbon controls. This means that my dynamic text all has to have the same appearance - very undesirable.
