While ArcGIS Pro doesn't have a select all text option, there are a couple features currently in the application that may be helpful in your scenario. You can select all elements using the Select All button on the ribbon, or the Ctrl-A keyboard shortcut. Additionally, the List by Element Type tab on the Contents Pane allows you to see all the text elements grouped together.
