Would like the option to create groups in bookmarks so use 1 project for different reasons and groups the bookmarks by categories I create.

Have you tried using bookmark folders? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/navigation/manage-bookmarks.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_04F51A632FBC4EC8801B70AAD563043C

Would that work for what you're looking for in terms of grouping bookmarks? If not, why not and how would some different way of categorizing/grouping be helpful?

THANK YOU!!!!! That is exactly what I want to do. I was focusing more on the bookmark button but the bookmark pane works perfect. Thanks for the response!
