Labeling: Always apply Abbreviation Dictionaries

Hello,

Please consider adding the option to always apply abbreviation dictionaries and truncation to the Maplex label engine even if the labels could otherwise fit inside the map.

Justification:

This will allow the labels to be consistent on large and small polygons / features.
Abbreviation dictionaries are "cleaner" than needing to add another field just to configure a label.
It is easier to set up an abbreviation compared to adding Arcade, Python, etc code into the label expression.
As a bonus the abbreviation dictionaries could be copied when creating a layer file, or copying from one ArcGIS Pro window to another.

Figure 1: Allow the option to always apply abbreviation dictionaries even if the label can already fit on the map.

Abbreviation dictionaries already allow you to always apply the abbreviation. In your abbreviation dictionary, set the entry type to Translation. Translation entries always apply to all words of a string. Translation entries may be useful when you translate a map into another language, want to remove words from a label string, or want all occurrences of a word to be abbreviated.

This isn't already offered, I want to use an Ending not a Translation, and force it to abbreviate only the last word.
