ArcGIS Pro - Share as Tile package to file (or web)

Would it be possible to add a share option when you right click on a raster in ArcGIS Pro… to “Share as Tile Package to File” and essentially run the ‘Create Map Tile Package’ geoprocessing tool .

Sharing to web layer allows you to select "Tile" as a layer type, but if you are sharing to AGOL, then credits will be used when it would be cheaper for the client and less server resources for esri cloud, if you could more easily share *.tpk files made on desktop GIS to the web.

In the share as web layer pane, if you select Tiles, under Configuration > Options, there is an option to Cache locally. This creates a tile package in a temporary location on disk, then uploads and publishes it to your organization for you.
