pretty straightforward, in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0, one cannot Ctrl+C to copy a layer; they must R click --> Copy, even though that very menu says Ctrl+C should work.

Could you share a bit more about where in the UI this is happening?

I was hoping to reproduce this behavior since cntrl+c is such a common shortcut, but I haven't been able to. Is this with a layer selected in a maps' contents pane? or somewhere else?

@wayfaringrob Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V work for me directly on layers in the Contents pane.

Can you provide any more details on this one?
