Preview for Pro Reports

Designing reports in Pro can be tedious and time consuming in order to get a usable and legible format for the output. This involves a lot of experimenting and tweaking. but to see the results at each stage of development, you have to export it as a pdf then open the pdf. Pro needs a built-in preview for reports so you don't have to go through the extra steps and need to clean up a folder full of pdf experiments.

The dev team absolutely agrees. We're actively working on this for Pro 3.3. You can follow this enhancement request that was submitted through Support: ENH-000154589 or stay tuned for more updates at the beginning of next year.

This is fantastic news! Thank you. It may be a while until we see 3.3 since the NPS doesn't give us new versions very quickly, but it's good to know previews are coming.
