Export to CAD and support for SOLID polylines ("polygons") in CAD side

Working with Detail Plans and Zoning regulation often include to export GIS data to CAD format to consultants/entrepreneurs. It works well exporting point, lines, annotations, labels to CAD using a seed file to get the correct presentation/symbology.
But zoning regulations are often polygons with a special pattern which you would like to be able to represent also on the CAD side.

On the CAD side it currently exported to a closed polyline. What is missing is to set a presentation/symbology on this closes polyline. In AutoCAD you can set a pattern/hatch on this closed polyline so the support exist in AutoCAD.

What missing is to be able to specify this in the seed file to get this support while exporting to CAD from ArcGIS Pro.

So to be able to exchange this authority connected data to CAD we need support for hatch/pattern when exporting to CAD.

This feature would be extremely helpful. FME currently allows styling of "areas" with a fill pattern, scale and angle. We utilize these for every project to highlight the project area on our vicinity maps.

Many thanks for your Idea. The initial implementation of support for direct-read and export of CAD hatches was included in the release of ArcGIS Pro 3.5: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/announcements/whats-new-for-cad-and-bim-in-the-may-2025-release-of-arcgis-pro.
