Query Layer Properties window: Move the edit button to the top of the Query Window.

Pretty simple.

Right now, when you make a query layer and go to edit the query, the edit button is halfway down the query box.

This is great for simple queries. However, once the query gets longer than about 20 lines, you have to scroll or resize your window, or both.

This is fine enough for still kinda short queries, but in my case, one of mine is about 360 lines long when nicely formatted. This means that not only do I have to scroll, but I frequently overshoot my button.

It would be awesome if the edit button just hung out at the top of the box. I understand it looks better in the middle, but it'd be waaaay more user-friendly to just have it float at the top of the box.

(I suppose the "Query" label for the box should go at the top, too. If you wanted to be really fancy, figuring out how to make them float so they're always at the middle of your current view [i.e. they move with you], that'd be cool too.)
