Disallow null shape when creating feature class

When creating a new FC using Catalog:

It would help if we could not allow nulls in the shape field. That was possible in ArcMap, but in ArcGIS Pro, disallowing null shapes doesn't seem to have an effect.

Esri Case 03486613 - Disallowing null shape has no effect
BUG-000163083 - ArcGIS Pro does not honor the Allow NULL value that is set for the SHAPE field during feature class creation.
